Part 2: Gratitude
Reconnect with:
- What supported me this year, even if it didn’t look how I expected?
Allow gratitude to be felt in the body, not just listed on the page.
Part 3: Intentions
Instead of asking What should I do?, ask:
- Who am I becoming?
- What do I want to embody, experience, and express?
Set intentions as invitations—rooted in alignment, not force.
